Hello!

We spent our first day getting to know one another under the shade of the almond tree outside the Resource Center.  We met the Village Council Chairman, Earl, and learned about the community in the Bense area. To stretch our legs, we took a walk through Bense and started to get to know the community and locals. After a full day of orientation details, we drove down to Calibishie for a very tasty dinner of fish, chicken, shrimp, and plantains.
