Hello from Roseau, the capital of Dominica!

Today we had an early start to be ready to for the big hike to the Boiling Lake. With views of the green hills and the blue sea, we wound our way up and down, crossing rivers, jungles, and mountain summits. After the hike, we visited Tito Gorge, where we swam upstream in the brisk water to a plunging waterfall. We ended our day with a fantastic meal of fish, plantains, and dasheen. After our inspiring day, we got a little downtime in our cottages.
